Lacon Rehab and Nursing is a 93-bed skilled nursing and sub-acute rehabilitation facility. We provide short-term rehabilitation and long-term care to individuals with health conditions requiring a higher level of medical and nursing services than what is available at home. Our facility is located in historic central Illinois, in close proximity to the Peoria area. In a beautiful country style setting with a home-like atmosphere and an unwavering commitment to each resident and family member, we pride ourselves on providing the highest level of care our residents expect and deserve.
